Please read the steps before clicking on the Lab Locator. Complete only the items listed in the instructions below. Disregard all other information.

1) When you first open the Locator, the first sentence you will read is this: "To locate the Patient Service Center closest to you click here." Click the "click here" statement.

2) Input your address.

3) Scroll down until you see the Locate Patient Services Center within: 10 miles, 20 miles, etc. and chose the distance you are willing to drive.

4) Click the Find PSC button.

5) Print the directions to your closest location.
